Poncake Tuesday, I'm not a fan of them and they seem to have lost favour over the last few years.

I wondered why I could not get a packet of mix the other day, Did not know it was poncake day tomorrow. I like them at various times of the year not just on poncake day

Never been keen on pancakes, sprinkled with sugar and lemon juice, prefer it it's other guise as Yorkshire Pud

Yorkshire pud day was 5th Feb, so you missed it T2s

I remember a chap from the pem shoe factory who had a dry sense of humour. A couple of his humorous comments... 'pancake Tuesday's on a Wednesday this year'... and after asking 'do you know what they do in Pem when it rains? The answer was 'put their umbrelllas up!
